We at RCP Tracks were privileged to be apart of the Extreme Home Makeover show along with Kyosho Corporation. We were asked to design a young boys room with RCP Tracks running thoughout the floor, bed and walls. The track was designed and installed so that Mini-z cars by Kyosho could actually run on the track. The track was installed around the floor, under the bed and up and down from on top the bed as it became apart of the room.
It was very exciting to be apart of the show and to help out the family who's house was being built. The RCP Track family traveled 1,300 miles from our office to design and install the tracks in the room. We were given the room on Friday night at 9:00pm and had it completed just in time for the family to see it at 12:00 noon Saturday. We arrived on site on Tuesday of that week. We could not start on the room until Friday, so we set up a large RCP Track for the design team and production crew to run Kyosho Mini-z's during the week. It was great to see how much fun the Extreme Makeover team was having on the track. They even included some of the back lot racing in the airing of the show.
